Hey, my Squids!
I have another playlist for you all to check out. Here’s the blurb about the project that I posted when I posted Leira’s:
“Recently, I’ve been putting together playlists for the characters that you’ll meet in my webcomic, Taliah. I tend to listen to a lot of different music while working on the pages, so I thought it would be fun if you got a sampling of what I’m jamming out to while I work. Coincidentally, it’s also music that the characters would listen to! So why not put together playlists of the type of music they would rock while going about their lives?”
The fourth playlist is Xavier Nib’s! As the Director for several different departments of the Archives, such as Zoological and Ecological Classifications, Xavier is constantly moving. He also loves to wine and dine various senators, celebrities, and socialites to get what he wants. Of course, his taste in music reflects that, with a few hidden gems that might seem out of place at first until you realize his ability to become angry and calm at the drop of a hat.
As an additional treat, there’s a few tracks from some of my friends on this list! Starless is a band that I did shows with in another life and I’ve been a fan of theirs ever since I met them. War in the Pocket features my friend Leo on vocals, who stays killing the music game. I collaborated with him on a few unreleased things back in the day but you need to check him out in any of the projects he does as he’s phenomenal!
