Hey, my Squids!
Dropping in with some art that isn’t related to Taliah! From time to time, I draw my Final Fantasy XIV character and I thought I would do another updated drawing of her as a Samurai Fairy. I recently started playing the Samurai class and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying it. It’s a complex class with a lot going on and it keeps me on my toes. They also added Garnet’s outfit from FFIX to the game and I’m head over heels in love with the way it looks. I dyed it an assortment of greens since I rarely use green in my outfits and that inspired the Samurai Fairy aesthetic.
I finished doing the flat colors tonight but I dropped in some of the other WIPs I exported so you can see a bit of my refinement process! I hope to finish this drawing up soon as I’m really excited to show you the completed illustration.
Until then!
