Hey, my Squids!
Dropping in with some Page 7 for Chapter 3 Part 2 work in progress. Posting two of them so you can see how I changed some things while working on the page.
When I work on Taliah, I write an outline for each chapter then a script. The original script is pretty wordy, so I spend a lot of time reducing it as much as possible. Then I separate all of it into pages. However, once I’m actually drawing the page, I’ll refine the script further. I want to make sure I keep the story beats that are important and either adjust some of the dialogue or captions or even eliminate them, if need be. This was one of those times when I decided to do both.
